My First Blog and other exciting news!

I cannot believe I haven't got this going before now, so thank you for being here and taking time to read this today...

I wrote my first blog, actually, 10 years ago, when we took our 5 year old twins out of school for a term and travelled around the whole of New Zealand in a camper van - the whole experience was so amazing and I captured it all in a blog for our friends and family to follow as we travelled. I then got the blog turned into a book as a wonderful memory for the children!

So, what a year we have had! I have to say, for my small business, lockdown has enabled me to spend more time getting to grips behind the scenes, for one, I got Shopify added to me website and that has been a revelation! Wow! Its been non-stop! I love tinkering with the site too, forever changing, updating, re-jigging, adding bits and pieces to make it more appealing... Do let me know what things you would like to see on my site!

Last week, I sent my first marketing email to my subscribers too! A big hurdle for me! Are you a subscriber? Did you receive the email and what did you think?

My other exciting news is a recent collaboration with the fabulous Dog Accessory company 'Reg and Bob'. Sarah designs brightly coloured collars and leads made of very strong materials that can be put in the washing machine when dirty. She also has lots of other great dog products from treats to cross body bags for dog walking, check her out @regandbob on Instagram

So together with Reg and Bob, we have come up with some neat dog breed images, from Norfolk Terriers, Cockapoo's, Labradors and Spaniels to start with... I have letterpressed the images onto white card and packaged them into packs of 8. The Norfolks and Cockapoo's are available now on my website  as well as at Reg and Bob... The others are on their way!
